App, browser, and web access
The Android app and the iOS / web PWA differ in a few ways. The app is built in native code, so it runs faster and uses less battery over long sessions. It can cache game assets offline, so Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, and Gates of Olympus load instantly when you return to dina4d after a few hours. Push notifications arrive directly on your phone for live-dealer table openings, match results, and withdrawal confirmations. The app also integrates directly with your Android payment settings, making QRIS scan-and-pay faster because it reads your default payment method. On the downside, the app requires about 50 MB of storage, and you must grant permissions for notifications and phone contacts (only to remember login if you ask us to).
The browser and PWA have no size footprint and require no installation—just visit the site. They work on any phone with a standard web browser and sufficient memory. The PWA behaves almost like the app after the first visit: it caches assets, supports push notifications if you permit them, and launches full-screen from your home screen. Load time is slightly slower than the native app on first launch, but subsequent visits are nearly as fast. If you switch devices, your account is always accessible—no redownload needed. For iOS users in supported regions like Jakarta and Surabaya, the PWA is the standard path since we cannot distribute a native betting app on the App Store.
Account sync across devices is instant
Your balance, bets, and withdrawal requests stay in sync whether you use the app, a browser, or switch between Android and the web. Log out from any device at any time.
Device requirements and compatibility
The dina4d Android app runs on Android 7.0 and higher. Most phones sold after 2016 meet this requirement. Check your phone's Settings > About phone > Android version. If your phone is older, the browser PWA still works—it requires only a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet, Opera), which are available on older Android versions as free downloads. On iOS, we support iOS 12 and later, which covers iPhone 5S (2013) onwards. The PWA works in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. If your device is below these minimums, you can still access dina4d on a computer with any standard browser, then manage your account on mobile via the web version.
Common installation issues and fixes
If the Google Play Store installation fails, you may see "Unknown sources" error. Go to Settings > Apps > Permissions > Install unknown apps, then select Chrome (or your browser) and toggle on "Allow from this source". Then try installing again. If the app asks for certificate trust on iOS, tap Allow—this confirms dina4d.app as a trusted domain. Some corporate WiFi networks block app downloads; switch to mobile data (3G or 4G) temporarily. If you see "Storage full", free up space by deleting old apps or photos, then retry. For persistent issues, email our support team via our contact form on dina4d.app and include your phone model and Android / iOS version.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install the dina4d Android app, it requests permissions to send notifications, read your phone contacts (to help you recover a forgotten account), and access local storage (to cache game assets). We do not sell these permissions to third parties, nor do we read your contacts unless you explicitly ask us to in an account-recovery flow. iOS does not require permissions—the PWA uses only the storage allocated to Safari. Your password and sensitive account data are never stored on your phone; they live on our encrypted dina4d servers. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3, the same standard used by banks and payment processors. When you withdraw funds to e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, the payment is processed off-device through secure payment gateways; we never see your full payment details.
